Rally up your group and sign up for this year's Summer Activity Challenge. We have another exciting challenge planned, so get ready to stay active, have fun, connect and compete with your fellow ABSc members throughout the summer!

Participating is simple - put together a team and log the amount of activity completed by each member to earn points. Teams can also participate in weekly challenges to earn bonus points and climb the leaderboard! 

At the end of the challenge, the team with the highest number of points will receive e-gift cards to a business of their choice! 

Step 1: Sign up by July 5th using this Excel sheet: ​Summer Activity Challenge 2026.xlsx [1]​​

You can sign up as a team with your fellow ABSc peers, lab mates, postdocs, faculty members, and staff (minimum 2 and maximum 6 people per team), or sign up individually and be placed on a "free agent" team.

Step 2: Get active from July 6th to August 21st!

Team members will log the time they spend participating in physical activities and earn points based on their activity levels. Examples of activities include running, jogging, walking, sports, yoga, meditation, gardening, hiking, and more. Get creative and get moving!
