Defense/Qualifying Exam Workshop

Attention ABSc Grad Students!

Are you prepping for an upcoming graduate exam (defense or qualifying) and looking for some more information? 

Here is your opportunity to learn more about departmental-specific protocols and procedures for scheduling and preparing for your exam. This event will also include a panel discussion with two professors, along with recent MSc and PhD graduates who will be available to answer questions regarding their experiences taking and preparing for these exams, along with tips and tricks for the big day.

Every Child Matters - A Message from the Department of Animal Biosciences

On Friday, September 30, the Department of Animal Biosciences will join Canadians across the country to commemorate Orange Shirt Day and the second National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.  This solemn day is a time for all of us to honour the thousands of children who never returned home and survivors of residential schools along with their families and communities. It is a day to recognize that Every Child Matters.
